Original color sculptures - Glass on Metal
The original works of art below are a selection of “Color Sculptures” by Diana Ahrens. These are extreme scale vitreous enamel (glass) melted on hammered copper in a custom furnace at approximately 1500°F. Each piece may include fine silver and/or 24K gold, and is mounted on custom textured stainless steel.
